Arwyn still has a habit of putting the tape across the edges and folds like she’s stapling a wound closed or something.  It’s not as efficient, but it does get the job done, so whatever, I guess.  Wrapping presents also still takes a lot longer with help than it does without – regardless of which one is assisting – but they really love being a part of it, so how could I say no?  To letting them help, I mean, not to letting them see each other’s presents.  Even if they weren’t getting similar gifts, I have very little faith in their ability to keep the other’s gift a secret.  There’d be guessing games, hints, terrible poker faces, and “hints” that are basically exactly what it is.

My shirt features an “ugly sweater” style image of Godzilla stomping through a very festive Tokyo, while Arwyn’s shirt says “I’m the reason Santa has a nice list.”  Seems like you could take that as a positive or a negative, but I’ll leave it to the individuals to decide.  Is she so nice that she needed her own list, or did Santa desperately need a way of separating nice people from her?  Hmmm…. 😉
