Yes, this was their actual answer while on our way home.  So, next time?  We’re just letting grandma drive them around the block a few times, and calling it a vacation.  ;P  I’ll even pitch in for gas.  Well, I guess some of the stuff wasn’t really for them (like the shipwreck museum, which was actually very interesting to me), but I was actually expecting them to rave about the beach, which they were really ecstatic about.  I’m not much of a beach person, myself, but I would love to bring them to the beach we saw on Lake Superior that had a sandbar stretching out for fifty feet or so.

Wolves are lurking in the shadows of my shirt, while caticorns (yes, cat+unicorns=caticorns) run rampant over Kia’s grandma-made outfit.  Then we have Stacy’s shirt, which is swarming with butterflies and flowers (yes, flowers swarm), and Arwyn’s which says “Be awesome today” and features several of the original Avengers (from Marvel Comics, natch).
