To be honest, Kia actually sounded a little offended that Stacy would even ask her such an insane question.  She really doesn’t seem to have an issue with looking at bugs on the TV or through glass, but just having them near her without a solid barrier tends to freak her out, so the thought of holding one didn’t go over very well.  Strangest thing is that one time, when Kia kept asking where a spider had gone to, Stacy pretended to put it on her head and Kia was totally calm about it; she just wanted to make sure it was put back.  The girl got some serious crazy-genes from her mother’s side of the family.  Mine?  Nah, we’re all normal over here.*

*Definition of “normal” may not match with that of others.  Especially Stacy’s.

My shirt says “Evil keeps me young.”  You could also add that keeping up with toddlers makes me old, so it balances.  Stacy’s got on her purple shirt of sparkliness +1, and both the girls are wearing their pajamas, so it must be bed time.  Kia’s says “Meows it going?” with a cat sticking out from the side, while Arwyn’s keeping it out of season with a Christmas stocking pattern.  She likes to be on the warm side when she sleeps, so she’s still wearing the fuzzy PJs we had from late winter; they were big on her then, now they’re getting tight, but she likes them, at least.
