Fatherhood

Our hide-and-seek games often consist of me loudly stating places that I’m going to look for her (often absurd places) while she tries her best to stay still and quiet (no easy task for her).  “Are you behind the chair?  No… Are you under the blanket?  No…”  She’s usually either reusing the same hiding place or she’s only half-hidden at best, but I make sure to drag it out.  When it’s my turn, I hide behind pillows or something blatantly obvious because I’m lucky to have a whole five seconds before she’s looking for me.  Even so, she makes a big game of it, too, calling out her search just like I do.  😉

I’m wearing a Nature Force shirt featuring some wolves (big shock!) and their slogan “Extinction is Forever,” and Kia’s got on a sweatshirt with rainbow-coloured skull and crossbones with bows on them.  Not sure what to make of that description and the little bit that you can see?  Vote to see the whole sweatshirt!  Bribery!
